Vegetarian Hotel Frankfurt / Cologne

On the search for a vegetarian hotel, we are in Toepperhof landed. This small hotel (4 rooms) is located in the northern Hunsrück about 100 km west of Frankfurt. The former farmhouse has been carefully restored and furnished with loving care. The standard of rooms, for example, hand-sewn linen, bed linen and Bolster in 2m x 2m beds with excellent mattresses.
It also has beautiful rooms in other hotels (even if not at comparable prices!). Something special is the Töpperhof through the kitchen. The landlady Angela Berg is able to meet the individual needs of their guests. The cuisine is pure vegetarian, uses fresh ingredients and waives industrially processed ingredients.
In addition, specific topics are as Bruker kitchen , whole foods, and Urkost possible. The vegetarian restaurant can be booked up to 30 people, including a company. Interesting as is the vegetarian 4-course surprise menu that is fresh after prior exclusion of indivuellem taboos and intolerances on the table. There are, of course, wines from the region or, alternatively, homemade juices.
Anyone interested in nutrition after Dr. Bruker should be public and free consultation in Max Otto Bruker house in Lahnstein not allow (near Koblenz) on Wednesday between 10:30 und 12 clock missed.
